Making its world debut alongside the Autodelta Alfa Romeo 159 J4 3.2 C at this weekend’s MPH09 Motor Show in London is the yet another Autodelta model, the Brera 3.2 C Compressore which is based on the UK market Brera S. A recent project between Alfa Romeo UK and Prodrive, the limited edition Brera S 3.2 features many upgrades the most significant being a weight loss of 100 kg (220 pounds) thanks to the use of front-wheel drive rather than the standard Brera V6’s Q4 all-wheel drive system and a sportier suspension.

Alfa Romeo has taken the wraps off the new MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde (four-leaf clover).

Essentially a replacement for the defunct MiTo GTA, the Quadrifoglio Verde boasts a 170hp 1.4-liter MultiAir turbocharged petrol engine. Connected to a new six-speed transmission, which has been specially designed to deliver quick changes and improved fuel efficiency, the MiTo should become more competitive with the latest crop of hot hatches.

While performance specifications weren’t released, Alfa says the Quadrifoglio Verde will only consume 4.8L/100km (49 mpg) while emitting 139 g/km of CO2 (in the extra-urban cycle).

Since speed isn’t everything, the company added a ‘Dynamic Suspension’ with continuously variable shock absorbers. Alfa says the suspension “…allows the MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde to excel even further in terms of agility and handling, giving it exceptional drivability and unparalleled safety.” With three different setting (Normal, All Weather, and Dynamic), owners can custom tailor the ride to fit their particular driving situation.

Conceived to celebrate the unique genealogy passed from the breathtaking Alfa 8C Competizione supercar to the head-turning Alfa MiTo, the Italian sporting car manufacturer, Alfa Romeo, paired up with TV’s fashion expert, Louise Roe, to challenge two up-and-coming fashion designers to create a line of women’s jeans that would be as cool and desirable as the Alfa MiTo and, and at the same time, raise money for charity.

The fairest compact executive car of them all, Alfa Romeo’s gorgeous 159 Saloon and Sport Wagon have arrived in Great Britain. The 2010 model year 159 that was presented at the Geneva Show in March benefits from the introduction of two brand new Euro 5-compliant turbocharged engines, the 1750 TBi petrol and 2.0 JTDM diesel, as well as a revised range structure for the UK market.

According to a recent report, Alfa Romeo will produce a limited edition 8C GTA.Like the 1965 Giulia Sprint GTA, the 8C GTA will feature exclusive styling and added performance. The unique exterior is expected to boast hood vents, carbon fiber bodywork, and an “ice-white” front bumper with larger air intakes.
